Mr. Bird has served as Executive Vice President of First Bank of Georgia since April 2000. Prior to that time Mr. Bird had responsibility for multi branch networks throughout 5 Southeastern states.

Active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia, Mortgage Bankers Association of Augusta, Builders Association of Metro Augusta, Augusta Board of Realtors.
